We craft our soaps in small batches with 100% pure virgin and extra-virgin, cold-pressed Italian olive oils.  All other vegetable oils are of the purest food grade - we do not use cosmetic grade oils, synthetics, or animal fat. The herbs we use, spices and steam-distilled essential, oils are ethically produced, and free from pesticides and chemical fertilizers. We never test on animals.

Our soaps are all "superfatted"; this means we add extra emolliating oils that are never completely saponified, making all our bars super rich and extremely gentle to your skin. We will not use synthetic fragrances, perfumes, colourants or preservatives.  Because we use no fragrance oils or perfumes, our soaps are perfect for those who are sensitive to scents or fragrances - as long as you enjoy the plant counterparts, you will enjoy our soaps.

Each 4.5oz (127 gram) bar comes in a simple (100% recycled post-consumer) paper band containing its name and utility. Please remember no two bars will be identical in size, shape or appearance as they are all hand-made and hand-cut.

ALBAN ARTHUAN: Essence: Anise seed & organic shade-grown espresso
Our natural deodorizer (even effective on tough odours like garlic, onion or fish) is named for the winter solstice, when, in the cold of winter the death and rebirth of the sun forces life to begin again.

ALBAN HERUIN: Essence: peppermint & sweet birch
Our most refreshing and invigorating bath and shower bar, named for the summer solstice, when we take the time to rid ourselves of illness, and encourage health and vitality. This one makes your skin tingle.

BELTANE: Essence: lavender, rosemary, vanilla & rosehips
The best, relaxing complexion & body bar, named for spring and the direct earthly powers of sexuality and growth that characterize this time of the year. A very lovely bar and excellent as a mild estringent for oily skin.

CLOCH DUILE: Essence: rosemary & hints of all our other bars
Bath and shower bar named for the living stones of the earth, that build a pathway to health and vitality. A very pleasant bar to smell and see.

GAETH DUILE: Essence: lavender ... what more do you need?
Relaxing complexion and bath bar, named for the wind to cleanse moods and relieve earthly tensions. This is an exceptional bar infused with the gentle scent of fine lavender.
